Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Gadget Flow WiFi paid public hotspot service ("the Service"), operated by Gadget Flow Limited ("Gadget Flow", "we", "us"). By purchasing a plan or connecting to the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Gadget Flow WiFi provides paid, time-limited or data-limited internet access at Gadget Flow's premises and any other locations we operate. Plans are purchased online and access is granted automatically upon successful payment.

2. Plans, payment, and validity

• All payments are processed by Paystack. Gadget Flow does not collect or store your card details.
• Prices are shown in Naira at the time of purchase and may change without notice for future purchases.
• Every plan has a stated validity period (e.g. 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). A plan ends when either its time/data allowance is used up or its validity period expires, whichever happens first.
• Unused time or data is forfeited when a plan ends. There are no rollovers.

3. Refunds

All purchases are final once a plan has been activated. We do not offer refunds for unused time or data, change of mind, or a device's inability to connect due to the customer's own device settings. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support and we will investigate.

4. Fair use and account suspension

The Service is shared among multiple users. We reserve the right to limit bandwidth per user and to suspend or terminate any account showing abusive, excessive, or unlawful usage, without refund.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Access, distribute, or store unlawful content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Gadget Flow's network, other users' devices, or connected systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' access to it;
• Use the connection for large-scale commercial resale without our written permission.

6. Network availability and open network notice

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific speeds, or freedom from interference. This is an open public network - please ensure your device's file and media sharing settings are disabled before connecting. Gadget Flow is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access arising from your use of an open network.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gadget Flow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data, business, or opportunity.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
