This Policy explains what personal data Gadget Flow WiFi collects when you use the Service, and how it is used, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA).

1. What we collect

• Phone number - used to identify your account and show your active plan status.
• Device identifiers (MAC address, IP address) - used only to connect your device to the hotspot session you purchased.
• Payment reference and amount - provided to us by Paystack after a successful payment. We do not receive or store your card number, expiry date, or CVV; those are handled entirely by Paystack.
• Usage data - how much of your time/data allowance has been used, for the purpose of enforcing plan limits.

2. How we use this data

• To create and manage your hotspot access after payment;
• To recognize returning customers and show your remaining balance;
• To keep sales and usage records for our own accounting;
• To respond to support requests;
• To detect and prevent abuse of the network.

3. Who we share data with

We share payment information with Paystack solely to process your transaction. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the security of our network.

4. Data retention

We retain phone numbers and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, support, and fraud-prevention purposes.

5. Your rights

Under the NDPA, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by us, subject to our legal and accounting obligations. To make a request, contact us via the WhatsApp or call links on the payment page.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data we hold, including keeping payment processing entirely within Paystack's secure systems rather than handling card data ourselves.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
